The Oblivion Mosquito is a great second quarry. Or, if you're playing aggressively enough, a great higher tier first quarry. The power of its gear and armor set can well prepare survivors for their first nemesis encounter or their third quarry. Going after the Oblivion Mosquito early though, can certainly backfire as too many survivors become living incubators, which can lead to an early game-over.
