These two fan made promo cards were distributed during the 2019 Terraforming Mars France championship, organized by the association Ludophiles d'Asnières et d'Ailleurs and overseen by Intrafin.
"Cité hydraulique" was distributed to each participant; "Ludophiles d'Asnières et d'Ailleurs" to the 16 finalists.
Rules
- Cité hydraulique (Hydraulic city):
Requires 5 oceans. Place a city tile on an ocean tile. Decrease your energy production 1 step. The ocean tile beneath your city is still considered as an ocean.
Draw one card per two oceans on the board.
- Ludophiles d'Asnières et d'Ailleurs (corporation):
You start with 50 M€.
Effect: Duplicate the effect or the action of one of the corporations discarded by your opponents (production, ressources and are ignored).
