The Mysterious Dragon Fruit is not what you think. This new species of scaly trees and miraculous fruit is both familiar and foreign. How then should you cultivate the best orchard? Will you carefully plan to grow massive trees for bonus points? Or will you rush to the finish and leave fellow planters holding too many spiny seeds to profit from their plantings?

Dragon Fruit is a card game for 1-4 players where players attempt to grow the best orchard of exotic fruits.

Players select a numbered Dragon Fruit from their card each turn to play secretly and simultaneously. The value of card played determines turn order for the round. Players will plant and/or grow trees each round making already planted trees taller by playing higher valued cards. They will also collect new saplings from a communal area. Turn order is especially important when collecting saplings as some will not be available until others are removed.

The game ends when any player plays their last card or the supply of saplings runs out.

At the end of the game players score their planted trees with bonus points for tall trees and penalties for saplings left in their hand.
