But be ware the character cards such as Mao and Chiang these cards give all their units special buffs in combat and morale. But to counter this the player has one more type of card the political event cards, and propaganda cards these are used to assassinate the other players characters call on a major strategic bombing offensive, and boost a nations national will to fight.
