The effect of the ordinary side of the card is as follows: roll the dice and recieve 2 pieces of coal (if 1-3 rolled) or 1 piece of oil (if 4-6 rolled).
The effect of the upgraded side is the same but you roll the dice twice and get your bonuses also twice.
The compensation effect of the card is 1 iron.
