Beschreibung
STAVKA is a 2-player wargame, played on a very high-level (only 40 hexes) map of the East Front. It focuses heavily on Reserve Management.

The game uses dice to represent Infantry armies and counters for Tank armies, Air assets, Cavalry corps and Security Divisions. Its major innovation is the absence of a movement phase - advance after combat is the only way the frontline moves. Demonstrating a functioning frontline is mandatory in the game; failing to do so at the end of a turn leads to your opponent's victory!
