The StarComm Wars is a game of economic warfare simulating the Helion wars of 2312 to 2317. Players take on the roles of merchant companies and of the ill-fated Helion Imperium in an attempt to survive and prosper.
Two introductory scenarios introduce the merchant mechanics and how to play the Imperium. There is then one short and one full campaign scenario. The game is for 2-5 players, with one player representing the Imperium, against 1-4 merchants.
