Beschreibung
Goal of the game: Players are the guards of City God (Cheng Huang) and try to arrest the phantoms fleeing everywhere.

Shuffle the Phantoms- Fleeing tiles and distribute 3 tokens to every player. Then the game bigins.

Phase 1: Night Watch
There are 9 actions for all players. Different actions costs different arresting tiles. Players owns limit arresting tiles to do actions. If player runs out of arresting tiles or want to stop at time, then it's next player's turn.

Phase 2: Night Patrol
Players has do decide to arrest or not.

Phase 3: Night Trial
If the players arrest the Phantoms- Fleeing successfully, he will get the Phantoms- Fleeing tiles. If not, player will lose arresting tiles

Phase 4: Day Patrol
If player catch correct Phantoms- Fleeing, the player wins.
