Legend of the Galactic Heroes: Imperial Chancellor is a doujin (fan-made) game that was only available at the Japanese game shows, such at Tokyo Game Market. It had to be ordered in advance and then you could pick it up at the show. It was not made for the general public.

This game has two sets of rules and can be played in two ways. First, it can be played using rules that are similar to the game Imperium by GDW. Second, it can be played solitaire using the Commando system from Decision Games.

In either game, you are playing the role of the Imperial Chancellor and are trying to accomplish your objectives in the game.

The game includes 2 sets of rules, map, counter sheet, events generator, and a player aid/turn sheet. Assembly is required.
