The board (18" x 14" approx) is a cardboard sandwich containing a rotating wheel. Each player uses a pencil or matchstick (not supplied) to rotate the wheel, which changes the what is shown in the various pre-cut windows. This includes the distance the player's rocket must move, and good or bad events resulting from landing on certain spaces. There is no interaction: it is purely a race.
