You can double the effect of a favor card you play. Limit once per round.
It was distributed with the game during Essen Spiel 2014 and Cannes 2015. The card was also available in Kickstarter campaigns such as "The Dice Tower - 2015 (Season 11)" and "Tantrum House Board Game Media: Season 6"
