In Germany, the series goes by the name, "Sternenschweif" (Star Tail) and the books are also published by Kosmos.
Sprung in die Nacht is based on the second book in the series, with the same title. It's a card game and the cards display one of three pictures: Silver, a pony; obstacles to jump; and fire. The player who gains the most cards wins.
