Welcome to the VFR Pilot Game! This game was developed for three primary reasons: to introduce non-pilots to the fascinating world of flying, to provide real pilots with review of the many frequently used rules and regulations, and to have fun . . .
"By generating enthusiasm in an educational board game form, student pilots or pilots who fly infrequently can have an inexpensive and entertaining way of keeping abreast of the numerous rules and regulations under Visual Flight Rules flying . . . The game was designed to appeal to the general public (pilots and non-pilots) . . ."
"Objective: Players (called Pilots) each choose one plane, select their 'Home Base' Airports, then take off and fly to other Airports, getting points for each successful landing. The first Pilot to accumulate 4,000 points wins the game."
