Combat Leader: Expansion Module (2014)

This is the first expansion module for the Combat Leader game system, and focuses on urban combat situations on the east front, 1941-42. You must own Combat Leader: East Front '41 to use this expansion. It contains new German and Russian soldiers (including a German assault squad, and Russian Commissars), new terrain types, plus new weapons (flamethrowers, demolition charges, heavy machine guns, and pistols). The module also introduces additional optional rules to cover urban firefights, such as establishing fire teams, and rules to cover multiple squads, in addition to rules governing the weapons introduced.

The Expansion builds on the foundation provided in the core game, and adds Maps 3 & 4 (8.5"x11" each), German/Russian counter set C (54 counters & markers), one double-sided Reference Card, 4-page rule folder. Players may easily create their own urban scenarios, or combine the components with those of Combat Leader: East Front '41, as desired. With counter sets A, B, and C, players will have 56 German soldiers (plus 6 fakes), 54 Russian soldiers (plus 8 fakes), and 42 game markers to utilize.
