Claim: Alliances (2023)

Once upon a time, things were just fine. You were gathering mercenaries from ruthless factions across the realm to battle it out and claim the dead king’s throne. It was exactly what you wanted to be doing. However, your perfect life has become disrupted: an ancient threat from deep below has risen to claim the whole realm. Now, you must form an alliance with a former rival to defeat this otherworldly evil, so you can set things back to normal.

Work together to fight and defeat the enemy. The game is played over 2 phases. In the first phase you recruit followers and select alliance cards. Alliance cards differs from enemies who you will have to fight and hourglasses which will give you time to think. In the second phase you will collect factions and of course fulfill the requirements of the alliance cards. If players succeed in commanding certain factions and defeat the enemies, they will win together and you can get back to the fight against each other.

In Claim: Alliances players will follow the same flow as in a standard game. The game is played over 2 phases.
Instead of winning the most factions, you now have to work together to defeat the enemies and win the favor of a couple of factions.
