Uh-Oh (2022)

This is Uh-Oh, the 1-card game. Minimalist, fun and addicting party game, Uh-Oh plays for 3 to an unlimited number of players, starting around 6 years old and for games of around 5 minutes (maybe a bit more if you are 25 people around the table playing).

How to play:

Freely define the first player, who places the card on its Yay! side in front of him/her.
Each player makes a secret bet under the table (or behind their back) with the fingers of their hand, from 0 (closed fist) to 5.
Everyone reveals their hand at the same time.
The first player moves the card clockwise by the number of players corresponding to his/her bet. (ie. she advances it 3 players if she bet 3.) The player seated to his/her left then moves the card by the number of players corresponding to his/her bet, even if the card is not in front of him/her, and so on, until all bets have been played, or two Zeroes have been played.


The first Zero activates the bomb without moving it. (flip the card on its Uh-Oh side).
The second zero makes it explode! (the player in front of whom the card is is eliminated).

If the card has been moved by the total number bet by all players without exploding, 2 possibilities:
a. Its Yay! side is showing : Nothing happens. Start a new round.

b. Its Uh-Oh side is showing: The bomb explodes and eliminates the player in front of whom it is.
Flip it back on its Yay! side and start a new round.

When a player is eliminated, place the card in front of the player to their left, and start a new round.

If three rounds end without a single explosion, then the bomb becomes a Supernova and obliterates the entire planet. Everyone loses.
That’ll teach you to play safely.

When there are only two players left, the round begins with the card on its Uh-Oh side, and cannot be deactivated.

The winner is the last one to survive.
