Beschreibung
This micro mini Shogi is played on a 3x3 compact board. The rules are very limited but you can use all 8 of the pieces. So it is the best way to master each piece’s movement.

Pieces: Each player has own 8 Shogi pieces as stock. They are any one of 8 different pieces. 王将、金将、銀将、角行、飛車、桂馬、香車、歩兵

Starting position: There are no piece on the board.

Play:

Decide first player and turns are alternately by two players. Turn player must place a piece on the board or move any one of piece(s) on the board.
Player may place any one piece on the open own side three spaces but he may place his pawn(歩兵) on any open space on the board. If player moves his piece onto the space where opponent piece exists, he must capture it.
Players can’t re-use the captured opponent piece and no pieces are promoted. Players can’t pass their turn, if player doesn’t have legal turn, he lose the game.


Goal: To capture opponent King(王将) or to move own King(王将) onto opponent side three spaces.

Optional rule: Second player has two starting option below.

1: Second player may indicate the first player’s placing piece at his first turn.
2: Second Player may select starting pie rule. Pie rule is second player may switch to first player when first player’s first placement is too disfavor for him. First player’s first placement will be second player’s first placement. Then game starts.
