Dekoder (2020)

A 1-5 players logic game, where all the players lay rectangle tiles with 2 digits and 2 colours on a square common board.
When you lay a tile you count all the tile's squares on the board in the same rows and columns as the tile you just put - that's the number of points you get.

But there is a restriction - no colour and no digit can appear in a row or column more than once - similarly to Sudoku.
You can also put tiles on top of other tiles. That gives extra 5 points, but there are 4 conditions to be met:

there must be at least 5 tiles on the board
your tile must cover two squares of two separate tiles
you can't cover the same digits and colours as the ones on your tile
both tiles you cover need to be on the same level
