A surprise promo card originally given out in Essen 2011 with Ghost Stories: Black Secret. Steven Qi-Gal is an extra Wu-Feng only playable with the Ghost Stories: White Moon Expansion, because you need white Tao Dice or Moon Crystals to exorcise him. But he will let the Taoists save a villager when he comes into play and is replaced by a Buddha after he is exorcised.
