ReWording (2023)

ReWording is a postcard word game that is for 2-5 players. Designed by Ian Howard.

In this competitive word game, players anagram and embellish words to secure the most points at the end of the game.

Each turn, the active player either: adds a new word by writing it in one of 5 sections on the shared postcard board; OR builds on a previously-added word by adding and rearranging letters. A player may instead pass, dropping out of the game.

Once all players have passed, score each section of the board individually. The player with the most words in that section scores 1 point for each word they didn’t write. The player with the most points wins!
