This game was designed specifically for the 2011 Gulf Games 27 Convention, held in Chattanooga, Tennessee, at the "Chattanooga Choo-Choo" hotel in the historic Chattanooga train station.

Game play is card driven and consists of placing passengers in their departure cities and delivering them to their destination cities. One point (one dollar) is scored for each passenger delivered although bonuses points can increase the value of delivering a passenger.

Each card can be used in one of three ways:
- To add three passengers to their departure cities,
- To deliver one or two passengers to a single destination, or
- For its special ability such as earning bonus points or drawing additional cards.

Inside the game box are:
- A playing board/map with eight cities marked
- Wooden cubes (and wooden houses) representing passengers (and restaurants)
- A deck of cards
- Paper money
- A set of rules
