Use action cards (Acquire, Release, and Vanquish) to manage your hand and assemble the assets of your EMPIRE (a Hero, a Ship, a Fleet, a Planet, a System, and a Galaxy) while foiling your adversaries as they attempt to build their own!
The first player to have all 6 assets and NO OTHER CARDS (Ahh, there's the rub!) in their hand rules the EMPIRE!
