New units include: outposts, heavy transport shuttles (able to land tanks and other armored vehicles on enemy planets), ground weapon vehicles, and ground bombardment shuttles.
New rules include external passengers and new terrain (depressions, cliffs, mountains).
New counters include: Hydran light infantry and heavy armor, Romulan tanks, and more.
