Game uses charts for ship classes and detailed damage locations.
Players write orders for movement on paper records as well as for firing guns on targets and estimate ranges (guestimation).
After all players have written orders, orders are carried out by moving the ships as indicated on the orders. Torpedo launches are resolved and gunfire is resolved.
