Whoever holds the largest holdings gets the highest profits. But the cartel tags along and destroys some deals while others collect the big subsidies. This is Business!

Players place chips on the board to try to have the most of them on the valuable parts of the board. After 7 rounds, all chips are placed, and the game ends. Now each player receives points for their placed chips. The player with the most points wins.
