Earth - Present Day
The day started off so well for the humans, but then the sky darkened as a higher intelligence showed its face. These aliens are here to have a little fun, it's a race-to abduct the most humans. Can the humans strike back, or will the aliens have their way?
The Human Race is a competitive alien abduction game, a cooperative military defensive game, or both!
Alien Abduction
You and your alien opponents must move your spaceship pawns around the hex-filled game board to abduct the specific human target as indicated by the deck of target cards. While a player is abducting a human, opponents may move on to the next target or try to steal the human abductee from the alien abductor by attacking them. But look out! The humans aren't going to take this sitting down, the military is after you too. There are also bonuses to help you along on your journey. The alien with the most points when all the humans have been abducted wins!
Military Defensive
You will control the Earth denizens in a last-ditch effort to keep your peeps safe! Blast the heck out of the alien menace and end their sick game once and for all. Move jets and tanks around the board in order to quell the situation while moving human targets to safety. Rob the aliens of their prizes or their spaceships and save the day!
