Beschreibung
Double Exposure is principally a 2 player game that can be played with a deck of ordinary playing cards. Each player is trying to achieve a scoring combination in the cards in their prison before the other player. Cards are gained through trick-taking, although the rules for this are different than for most trick-taking games. It is very close to a game of perfect information. In fact, at the beginning of the game, each player exposes their hand to their opponent--hence, the name.

Double Exposure is a tense, thinky game for two skilled players. All of the information you need is available to you at the start of the game; your job is to reach your goal, while keeping your opponent from reaching theirs first. Each hand only takes 20 minutes or so to play. A "duplicate" option is also included in the rules, that eliminates the luck of the draw.

Finally, a solitaire version is also included, with the player competing against a robot opponent that operates using straightforward rules. This version isn't as challenging as the 2-player game, but is still interesting, plays quickly, and includes some of the feel of the primary game.
