Beschreibung
This is a new game in the Sengoku Jidai series from Hexasim. The battles of Okehazama (1560), Anegawa (1570) and Nagashino (1575) are depicted.

The game emphasizes orders assigned to each army's Clans as much as the inertia of the battle. A game turn is divided in activation phases drawn from a recipient containing Clan chits and obligatory chits (for combat, movement, etc.). The game system is also remarkable for the battle plans that each players may choose before starting the engagement.

Sieges played a key role in the battles of Nagashino and Okehazama, and as such have their own specific set of rules. The fortress of Yokoyama is also present at the battle of Anegawa.

Okehazama is a two player game in which decoy troops play an important part.
Nagashino can be played with two or three players. The setup is an opportunity for the players to try 8 different situations. One of which is the very frontal historical battle.
Anegawa can be played by 4 players (2 teams of 2).
