"Masters of Mayhem is a disaster-based population control game! Your goal is to completely decimate every other player's populations using a variety of natural and unnatural disasters! As you're destroying each other, the map is also growing every round! As you play the game, you discover new and strange ways to eliminate your opponents and expand your territory! Use geomagnetic storms to kill opponents trying to escape! Crack the map in half with a massive earthquake! Or if it comes to it, just nuke everyone!"

Each player begins with one city tile and '5000' people (represented by 5 meeples). Everyone takes turns playing destruction cards (representing various natural and unnatural disasters, such as hurricanes or alien invasions) to destroy each other's populations, and playing defense cards to block disasters. At the beginning of each new round, every player gets a new city tile, a new card, and a new meeple (representing 1000 more people) for each city tile you still control. Rounds continue until only one player still has population meeples on the board.
