The Protocol Resource is a participation prize given to players who participated in Month 1, "Shockwave," of the Star Trek: Attack Wing Storyline Organized Play Event, Temporal Cold War. It is considered a Resource and costs 5 squadron points.
When using the resource, you are granted three abilities of which you may do one of per round with any one of your ships. You may a) place 2 tokens instead of one when performing an Evade, Scan or Battle Stations action, b) prevent your ship from being Target Locked on the round it Cloaks, or c) use a 3 Forward Maneuver template when performing a Sensor Echo.
