As a highly portable small-box game with strategic depth, Stax: Galaxy is ideal for casual gamers or hobbyists looking for a fast and fun game to play during downtime or in between longer gaming sessions. At the beginning of the game, a set of cards are laid from the planets deck and then players compete to build stacks to claim the planets. A few tricky mechanics add to the challenge and the fun, such as the Spy, which can displace an opponent's claim.
