Each player represents one of four important powers in the firm:

-) The labor union

As a representative of one of these powers, you can influence the other powers within the company using tokens.
Your aim is to most influential power in the company. However, your increased influence can have a negative effect on the whole firm...

There's only a winner if the company is successful in all areas. In this case it's the player with the most influence.
