Included free in all Hunter's and Monstrous Pledges, Moonlit Howl is the Kickstarter exclusive expansion where most of the unlocked monsters from the Kickstarter are stored. The only exceptions are variant and subspecies cards for monsters in other boxes, which are included in those other boxes instead.
