Dead strings. Bridge collapse. Suzuki Book 3. Not enough rosin. There are so many orchestral annoyances that make this otherwise awesome activity absolutely awful. But it's okay, because now you can vent about them all with your friends, and then get back to playing Nimrod or Hoedown whatever your favorite piece is at the moment. Play Orchestras Are Awful, the newest card game from Truly Horrible Things. It's much cheaper than therapy.

This game was written by violinists, primarily, so you immediately know two things: their goal was perfection, and they are certain they achieved it. It is meant to be enjoyed by high school orchestra students, but will be enjoyed even more by their directors. Get a few sets to keep the kids occupied when they are hanging out in the orchestra room before school. You've got stuff to do.
