Instant Mafia is a quick card game where players manage their mafia to earn the most money. Whenever a player's front is discovered and their Boss eliminated, the game ends.

Instand Mafia takes place over two phases: #1. Establishing your Mafia, and #2. Ruling the Streets.

In Phase 1, players bid on characters and actions to add to their crime syndicate, using their starting resources. This is a group bidding time with a limited duration.

In Phase 2, players play repeated timed live rounds until the game ends (a Boss is defeated). Players may purchase more characters and actions to add to their Mafia, earn money from various crimes, or encounter other enemy Mafia members on the community streets. All players must manage their members and act at the same time, giving them orders and sending them around to do various tasks in under 30 seconds. After the time for orders is up, all players fulfill their character's actions and the game continues...unless a Boss has been outed!

Once one Mafia's Boss is defeated, the game ends and the player who has accumulated the most wealth at the end wins!
