Based on card characteristic similarities as well as dice rolls, cards receive an amount of Covid markers. Players strive to interact as much as possible and have the largest 'family' while treating for Covid and trying to reduce the spread! Special event cards allow players to quarantine, vaccinate, or host a super-spreader!
