The conduct of the game Champion of the Great Cat-Race is totally based on the point of view of the cat. The whole family can participate in the competition and learn, playing the role of Carthusian Siamese cat or domestic cat, to identify the needs of "domestic tigers" to keep them healthy and in shape. The roll of the dice and action cards decide the fate: If your cat is well located, will earn positions and reach the finish line first, but if not it will recede. After four laps run successfully the race director calculates the points of his playmates and delivery to the lucky winner a well-deserved trophy card.

Editions are also available featuring dogs and rabbits instead of cats. The larger editions of the game are for 2-7 players, while the pocket editions are for 2-4 players.
