Hearts Of Oak is a military simulation of the Battle of the Atlantic, which took place at sea between the forces of Britain and Germany in the crucial years of WWII following the fall of France in June 1940. [...]
It uses some components from GDW's Europa series of simulations, particularly Their Finest Hour and uses the maps from the series as part of the playing surface.[...]

Hearts Of Oak is intended for use by Europa buffs who have wanted to model the strategic struggle betwenne Germany and the Allies over on and under the grey and unforgiving waters of the North Atlantic.
