"Calling of the Matriarch" is a premium print-and-play, narrative-focused, fully cooperative 1-4 Players Role-Playing Adventure Board Game.

The game takes place in a grimmer aspect of the fantasy world Spheria, as you create a character and assume the role of an adventurer trying to survive an outbreak of monsters in the once-thriving city of the Kingdom.

You, "The Sojourner", takes refuge with the city's survivors in a haven known as "The Lith", guided by a mysterious figure known as The Matriarch, you go on dangerous quests into the monster-ridden city, alone, or together with your ally, to overcome challenges that may bring you closer to you and the other's ultimate survival, and at the same time, seek the truth of the event by acquiring information and hints throughout your many quests.

Inspired by role-playing games and dungeon crawl games of deep storytelling, adventure, and dynamic combat, as well as skirmish games with miniatures, "Calling of the Matriarch" is both a solo and cooperative game with no need of any adversary players. You may venture into the danger as a lone adventurer to create their own legend, or together with their ally, carve their way through many events and dangers to reveal the hidden truth behind the crisis.
