It's Halloween, and it's time to go trick-or-treating!
The aim of the game is to get as much candy as you can, while running away from grumpy neighbors. The game consists of 13 dice — 12 white (treat) dice and 1 orange (trick) die. There are 6 different kinds of candy to collect that fall into 3 types; chocolate, lollipop or gummy.
A player's turn involves repeating two phases — rolling and collecting — until all the dice are set aside. When the dice are rolled, you must first set aside all Grumps. You can then choose any number of Runs to set aside, keeping in mind if there are more Grumps than Runs at the end of your turn, you get 0 points. You then choose any amount of one kind of candy to collect, each worth one point. On the orange die, a Double Trouble must be set aside and requires two Runs to escape. Tricks are worth nothing and can be re-rolled. If you roll a Mystery Candy, you choose at the end of your turn which candy it represents, as different combinations of collected candy get you bonus points!
The first person to get 23 points triggers the end of the game, and the person with the most points at the end of that round wins.
