Stalag Luft III - The Great Escape, is Game system based on the true story of the mass breakout of Allied POWs from the German prisoner-of-war camp at Sagan in occupied Poland in 1944.
There are two versions of the game currently in progress.
The first is a table top game using a large fully detailed scale model of the camp - much like a wargame.
The second is simplified Boardgame version which is a strategy style of game.
The same 28mm (1/60th scale) metal miniatures are used for both versions of the game and are available from the Ebob Miniatures website: www.ebobminiatures.com
The rules for the table top game are still in development, however a working version of the boardgame is presented here for you to download and print out
