Atlantis is in turmoil.

Leaders of the most powerful Houses are in constant conflict, vying for control of the city.
Lately, their focus has turned to the Council of Elders, an ancient institution that rules Atlantis from the shadows.

As the head of one of these Houses, you will need to send out Agents to try and persuade the Elders to ‘see things your way’. You will need to skilfully navigate the Council’s ever-changing laws to secure your grasp on the world’s most magnificent city.

Players will split into 2 teams (or choose the All versus All mode). Each team tries to be the first to collect the 5 different Elder cards.

Elders are collected by playing the right card from your hand as either a Follower or Rebel.
Followers take priority in collecting Elders, but Rebels can swing the Councils majority. This can be a huge deal, because the Council will determine which special rule will be active for the rest of the round.

At the end of each round, all the cards that were played advance to the Council and become the new Elders for the next round.
