Rex (1993)

The new battling dinosaur bidding game everyone wants to try. As you enter the jungle battle for points with some of the dinosaurs on your side, the struggle will get exciting. When the Royal Juraissteers, King Rex, Prince Don, & Duke Rus get involved, you had better hope that they are also on your team.

The game is played with a deck of 48 cards, containing 3 suits (Rex is red, Don is green, Rus is purple). Each suit consists of 16 cards numbering from 1 to 13 with an addition of 3 royal cards in each suit. The game can be played with 2 to 6 players.

Cards are dealt, player left of dealer is first player and plays a card. All players must follow suit, if they can. If not, they play another. After the dealing of cards, each player is required to bid the number of points they expect to make. If the points made are equal to or greater than their bid, the amount of the bid id added to the score. If the player fails to make their bid, then the bid is deducted from their score.

The first player to reach 500 points wins.
