You are a shaman in a distant village. The village chief entrusted you to forecasting the weather on the day of an important ceremony. But you don't have any precognitive abilities. However, you hold in your hand a cursed talisman that can control the weather. Use that power to adjust the weather to your forecast!

Weather Report is a game where you manipulate the weather to make your own weather forecasts successful. Weather forecasts are made every round and the player who gets it right gets points. During a round, players play weather cards to change the weather. Read the forecasts of others and guide the weather to your own forecast.

Repeat playing rounds until a player scores a total of 10 points and wins.

In a round of Weather Report, players will start by selecting a card from their hand to be their forecast. On subsequent turns, players will either play a card to adjust the weather at 1 of 3 altars or will redraw their hand to get different cards. Each card played will advance the date closer to the ceremony date by 1, 2, or 3 steps. Certain dates on the calendar trigger events which allow the player to take additional actions to influence the outcome.

When the date marker reaches the ceremony date, a specific altar site is determined by drawing the next card from the deck. The goal for each player is to match their forecast card to the weather at the selected altar. All players who correctly forecasted the weather score points. The number of points earned depends on the value of the other players' forecasts and the number of players who correctly forecasted the weather.

Rounds are repeated until a player scores 10 points. The first to do so wins the game.
