"Seven by one Stroke"
In the dice game "Seven by one Stroke" for 2 to 4 players, flies try to eat a jam bread before the brave tailor returns. Players place flies on bread parts using dice to collect pieces. Beware of flyswatters: drawing the third one ends the game immediately, and the player with the most points wins.
