User Summary:
This booklet is an additional volume in Paranoia Press play aids for Game Designers' Workshop's Traveller and has been Approved for Use with Traveller by GDW. The first edition predates the Traveller core Book 6: Scouts by 3 years, the second edition (1981) by two years.
It also includes an 11"x17" insert showing the Serpent Class Type "S" Scoutship in 15mm scale, ready for use with miniatures.
The book's Introduction is a fairly glowing letter from Marc W. Miller, informing all "Fellow Travellers" of Dan Rapp's great adventures, and how his work is enjoyed by several of the Workshop's design staff.
Differences between the print versions:
2nd Edition - First Printing (April 1981) - has the stock # just under the word "ASSASSINS" middle right of the cover - it looks very similar to the 1st Edition however it has an ERRATA taped to second inside cover as well as the copyright page reflects printing accordingly.
2nd Edition - Second Printing (August 1981) - the stock # has been replaced by the bold capitalized "SECOND EDITION" and the number has been moved to just under the logo in the upper left of the cover. In addition the copyright page reflects the printing accurately.
