Poxmire (System Neutral Edition)

Poxmire is a secluded island village for the incurably ill, outcasts, and political rivals. Despite its diseases, residents live peacefully thanks to a mild climate and plentiful fish. However, rumors of ancient cults dedicated to a dead pestilence god and fears of contagion threaten this fragile peace.
