Sombreros

"Sombreros" is a shedding and bluffing game featuring plastic hats with hidden colors. Players take turns placing hats onto three piles, optionally peeking and calling out a color—though only matching the underlying hat matters. Opponents can challenge a placement, penalizing the wrong party with taking the pile. The goal is to shed all hats first. After three rounds, the player with the fewest penalty points wins the game.
