Stop Thief

In 'Stop Thief', two players compete to collect all 32 cards (20 thieves, 12 officers). Players take turns flipping cards. Playing a numbered officer card captures the center pile, unless the opponent recaptures it by playing another officer within a number of turns matching that card's value.
