OutRun 2006: Coast 2 Coast took the classic OutRun arcade gameplay & structure, but updated it with a modern look & more of a single player gameplay structure.
Developed by Sumo Digital, the game retained the music & levels of the original game, but added a whole new single player mode featuring different game modes/styles of racing/minigames that earned the player "miles" to unlock new cars, music etc. Additional game modes matched the arcade game structure.
